Are your cars inspected?

Yes, every one. Each car is inspected and prepped in our own shop before it's listed. We photograph it in detail and write down what we found, including the things that aren't perfect.

Can I see a car in person or take a test drive?

Yes. Visit our showroom at 8390 Bataan Memorial E, Las Cruces, NM 88011, Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM or Saturday 8 AM – 12 PM. Call ahead at (575) 376-8282 and we'll have the car ready when you arrive.

Can you deliver the car to me?

Yes, anywhere in the lower 48 states, with Alaska and Hawaii quoted individually. Your car travels in enclosed, insured transport. We pass the driver's updates along until it reaches your doorstep.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 3–6 days for regional deliveries and 10–14 days coast to coast, counted from pickup. Our Delivery page gives a distance and transit estimate for your ZIP code.

How do I buy a car?

Call or email us about the car you want, or use the Buy Now button on its page. We answer your questions, then send the bill of sale and paperwork for you to review before any money changes hands. Once payment is complete, we schedule delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

Wire transfer and ACH. Cashier's checks are accepted from return customers. Financing is available on select cars through our financing partners.

What if the car isn't right for me?

You're covered by our 14-day buy-back. Return the car within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. We arrange the return transport, and the refund is sent within 48 hours of your return request. If a small issue slipped past our inspection, we'll work with you to settle it fairly.

Do your cars come with a warranty?

Yes. Every car comes with a 30-day mechanical warranty covering the engine, transmission, drivetrain and brakes, starting the day the car is delivered.

Can I get more photos or a video of a car?

Of course. Every listing has detailed photos, and we're glad to send more: a close-up of a specific part, or a walkaround video. Just ask.
